Born in Mexico City.  A dual-licensed US-Mexico attorney. First licensed as an attorney in Mexico in 2001. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. 

Julian graduated law school from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City in 1997. He then graduated from a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) program at University of San Diego School of Law in San Diego, California in 2002. 

Focuses his practice on corporate, business, real estate and tax law.
